 $100.00/hr is the charge for Labor by one of our skilled Service Technicians that is billed after the site visit and service is complete. 
Our service technician will do their best to diagnose the issue over the phone when they contact you to arrange a site visit. With the information we receive we will bring as many parts as possible so that your service will be completed the same day. We can diagnose the issue and advise you as to what needs to be done. If we do need more or other parts or the issues are more than anticipated, we can supply you the quote to get your hot tub or swim spa running as it should during the site visit. Subsequent visits for the same repair are subject to the call out fees, parts, and labor if the spa is out of the warranty period. If the spa is still in the warranty period, only a call out fee will be charged. A Service Coordinator will contact you to confirm the scheduling of your service call once you have made the online booking.
